Today i've started a diet which is kinda new to me called the ABC Diet, which involves following a 50 day calorie restriction day with fasting days inbetween.
Day 1 is a 500kcal (or less)day.
So far i've had:
Breakfast - 1x shredded wheat, 75.5kcal
School break - just under 1/2 penguin chocolate bar, 60kcal
Lunch - water, 0kcal
Dinner - 2x crumpets 196kcal (tbh i wouldn't have had them, but my mum made me eat summat)
Pudding - 1x maryland cookie, 54kcal (again, my mum wanted me to eat this :/)
Total - 429kcal :/
So, i was told to eat by my mum, (usually i skip dinner as i'm out with friends) to eat, or she'd make me go back to recover :/
but at least i stayed under 500kcal :)
